TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE
Conclusion of Contract and Delivery of Merchandise
For orders placed online at www.robinruthshop.com, your contract is with Fashion in the City GmbH, Im Hammereisen 27 B, C, 47559 Kranenburg, Germany.
You are only allowed to purchase products from the Fashion in the City GmbH online shop if you are a private consumer (i.e., not a business customer).
By clicking "Buy now," you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediately send you an email acknowledgment. This confirms that we have received your order but is not an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed when the items have been dispatched.
In the event that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible, and, if payment has already been made, refund it to your payment method without undue delay. Fashion in the City GmbH is not obliged to deliver goods that are out of stock.
We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered merchandise elsewhere (procurement risk). This applies to orders for generic goods. We are only obliged to deliver from our available stock or from stock ordered from our suppliers. Delivery timeframes will be provided before placing the order.
Fair Use
Fashion in the City GmbH reserves the right to prevent individuals from shopping via this online shop in case of a high number of returns. Additionally, accounts may be deactivated due to suspected fraud.
Prices, Taxes, Shipping Costs, and Express Delivery
All prices on the www.robinruthshop.com website are given in EUR. The prices are final (including delivery charges and German VAT). Items remain our property or the property of our partners until full payment has been made.
Fashion in the City GmbH reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust prices, taxes, or other costs at any time due to changes in VAT rates, fees, or increased costs.
Some banks may charge additional overseas transaction fees, which are not reimbursed by Fashion in the City GmbH. Please check with your bank for more information.
Fashion in the City GmbH does not assist with VAT refunds for products exported outside the EU.
Shipping costs are covered for orders over 50 EUR. Express delivery is available for certain orders and the cost will be shown at checkout.
Payment
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout. Your card will be charged upon shipment.
You agree to receive invoices and credit notes electronically.
Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers cannot be purchased but may be issued during advertising campaigns. Vouchers can only be redeemed once per order and are non-transferable. They do not accumulate interest or have any cash value.
Statutory Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days. The period begins when you or a third party (not the carrier) receive the goods. To revoke, notify us via email at support@robinruthshop.com or by post at Fashion in the City GmbH, Im Hammereisen 27 B, C, 47559 Kranenburg, Germany. You may use the revocation form, though it is not mandatory.
Upon revocation, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Option to Return Merchandise Within 14 Days
Beyond the statutory right, we offer a voluntary 14-day return period. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
